Shipping policy

We aim to handle your order quickly, with most available items being dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 3-7 working days to process. Should any delay occur, you will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of placing your order. Orders are not processed during evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Our office is open Tuesday - Friday, any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Tuesday. 

Royal Mail UK Delivery : £4.50

We use a tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail. We don't currently offer a next day service, but special requirements can be made if you ring our store. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. Orders placed under £60 will be charged a £4.50 delivery free and orders placed over £60 will receive free delivery. 

Please note if you spend over £60 and qualify for free delivery but wish to return the whole order, we will deduct £4.50 off your refund. This is to cover our initial fee and the processing of the return. 

Royal Mail Delivery to Republic of Ireland & EU Countries : £16

Please note the UK is no longer part of the European Union, and this means there will be customs and duty charges to pay. For specific charges, please see your country's tax authority website. We are not liable for these charges.

We use a tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail for deliveries outside of the UK. Royal Mail advisers delivery times to take 2-11 working days. Free shipping is currently unavailable internationally.

Royal Mail International Delivery : £25

Please consider there will be taxes and customs charges to pay on importing. Please contact your local shipping authority for further information.

Click & Collect : FREE

Don't live far and want to collect your order in-store? The process is simple! Proceed through our online checkout process and select 'Pick Up' as your preferred shipping method. 

All orders are available for collection from our boutique store in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire. Please ensure before collecting your order that you have received an email or notification stating your order has been prepared and is awaiting pick-up. If you are unsure if you have received your notification please get in touch with us. We aim to have all orders ready for collection within 48 hours. If you arrive in-store without confirmation of your order being ready we may not be able to prepare your order while you wait.

Your name, order ID number and postcode will be required upon collection. Without ID we will be unable to release your order from our store. Please make us aware if someone else is collecting your order on your behalf. 

You have 14 days once your order has been marked as ready for collection to collect your item/s. If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame please contact us. Items uncollected after 14 days will be cancelled and refunded back onto your account and you will be liable for a 25% administration fee. 

Please note: If you opt for store pick-up and don't live locally or your circumstances change and you are unable to collect your order you will need to contact us to arrange payment for delivery. Orders cancelled because of this will incur a 25% administration fee. This will be deducted off your refund. 

More Information:

  • All our delivery time frames are guidelines. 
  • An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been processed for dispatch or collection. 
  • We may not be able to fulfill your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock due to inventory error or faults. 
  • We may not be able to fulfill your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • We may not be able to fulfill your order if  if we identify a product pricing error
  • Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders.
  • Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer.
  • Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the care of Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
