LOCKDOWN 3.0 FAQ'S

Following the recent government update regarding the new national lockdown, our boutique is now sadly closed. It is currently unknown when we will be able to re-open, but please stay connected with us on our social media or sign up to our newsletter to keep updated on when we are allowed to welcome you back into our store.

In the meantime we are still open 24/7 online and our click and collect hours are: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11am-3pm. (Week commencing 4th January 2021.)

Can I use my paper gift voucher online?

All in-store paper gift vouchers that expired during lockdown or are due to expire will be extended to use when we re-open. Paper gift vouchers purchased in-store are not valid to use online. Paper vouchers cannot be used whilst we are closed, but we do look forward to helping you spend them when we re-open. 

How do I return an unwanted item?

Returns can be sent back to use during our click and collect opening times.

(Please note our online policy is different to our boutique in-store policy and separate to our Christmas exchange policy)

Can Christmas gifts be exchanged?

OUR CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY HAS ENDED. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING CHRISTMAS EXCHANGES/RETURNS.

As from the 1st November 2020, we commenced our Christmas exchange policy. All items purchased from the 1st November until the 24th December will be valid to exchange only until the 16th January. 

Please understand that the new tier update makes the start of the year hard for all of us and as a small business we would appreciate you being understanding regarding Christmas returns.
 
Items that are exempt from exchange are:
• Candles
• Earrings
• Body Products
• Gloves
• Socks
• Hair accessories
• Items purchased in our Sale, including reduced to clear footwear
• Christmas related items 
 
Items can be exchanged during our click and collect opening times or can be sent back via post. This period for exchanges will still end as originally stated on the 16th January 2021. No exchanges will be accepted after this date.

 

If I need to speak to a member of the team when will they be available?

We will be at the boutique Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11am-3pm and our telephone number is 01298 938118 and we will be available during these hours. We will be on hand to answer any questions and to take payments via the phone for store gift vouchers. We aim to reply to all messages, comments, and emails within 72 hours.
