Each handcrafted wax melt is made in Frecklefaces cosy Lincolnshire workshop. Frecklefaces unique blend of fine fragrances, essential oils and botanics deliver a non-toxic, long-lasting, luxury home fragrance. The brands goal is to create natural and environmentally-friendly products, which they do by using plastic-free packaging and soya wax, making these melts vegan friendly.

With a minimum fragrance time of 20 hours and powerful throw that fills the room, we know you'll enjoy using these wax melts just as much as Freckleface loved creating them. The ethically sourced soya wax is both paraffin-free and vegan, ensuring a consistent and clean burn.

Wax melts are perfect for larger spaces in the home, providing a fantastic fragrance throw that permeates the air. For best results, place them in an open space to ensure even fragrance dispersal.

Fragrances:

Clean Laundry - Fresh, clean, soapy. Reminiscent of your laundry drying on the line. Perfect for when you've just cleaned your home to fill each room with a fresh comforting fragrance. Individually hand topped with beautifully vibrant blue cornflowers.

Floral Oud - Floral, musk. A wonderfully indulgent blend of florals combine with intense oud, patchouli and amber to create a sumptuously luxurious fragrance to take you from the Summer into Autumn. Individually hand-topped with perfectly placed pink cornflowers

English Rose - Fresh, floral, English garden. Reminiscent of crushing rose petals into perfume as a child. Fresh floral rose is perfect to calm your mind and balance your mood. Individually topped with a hand placed rosebud.

Sage, Pomegranate & Eucalyptus - Rich, fruity, menthol. Botanical sage, fruity pomegranate with deep musk undertones combined with menthol eucalyptus make this the perfect fragrance for winter days.

Peony & Vanilla - Floral & sweet. Feminine fragrance of romantic peonies blended with sweet vanilla.

English Lavender - Floral, relaxing, calming. Punchy strong lavender will help ease worries and calm your mind. Full of essential oils to aid sleep. Lavender is blended with soya wax and essential oils to make sure they look as good as they smell.

Bergamot Verbena - Citrus, floral, uplifting. A wonderfully sophisticated and fresh uplifting fragrance with floral and herbal undertones, bergamot encourages positive moods.

Grapefruit & Mangosteen - Tangy, sweet, citrus. Grapefruit and mangosteen is a tropical blend offering a punchy and bright aroma. Perfect for the summer months and transporting you to warmer weather to come. Individually hand-topped with dried calendula flowers for a bold look.

Orange Blossom - sweet, citrus, floral. A vibrant citrus floral fragrance with notes of sweet mandarin combined with orange blossom and jasmine. 

Pomegranate Black - Rich, fruity, musky. Inspired by the famous fragrance this heady mix is perfect for a night in with a movie.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes! If you would prefer to place your order over the telephone, please call us on 01298 938118.

During busy times there will be an answering machine service available. Please leave a message with your name and telephone number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Our admin support opening times are: Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 4pm.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You can cancel and make changers to your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. Please contact us if you would like to amend your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders.

What is your shipping policy?

All our order are handled and packed with love and care.

We aim to handle your order quickly, with most available items being dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 3-7 working days to process. Should any delay occur, you will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of placing your order.   • All our delivery time frames are guidelines. 
  • An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been processed for dispatch or collection. 
  • We may not be able to fulfill your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock due to inventory error or faults. 
  • We may not be able to fulfill your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • We may not be able to fulfill your order if  if we identify a product pricing error.
  • Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders.
  • Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer.
  • Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the care of Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. 
What is your returns policy?

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you received your delivery. If your order is returned past this timeframe we will unfortunately be unable to process your return and you will need to arrange collection of your item. If your item has not been collected within 6 months, this will be donated to our local clothing bank.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging attached.
